Our Christmas puppy, we weren't ready but Kim and From the Jump came in and helped our family. They took the time to teach my young children about puppies and the training process. They were very attentive and patient, it's been a long time since we had a puppy.

Brittany was absolutely AMAZING with our beagle, Arlo! She makes training enjoyable not only for the dogs but for the owners as well. Arlo loved when Brittany came over. He had zero house manners before training. Now we are able to sit at the kitchen table without him jumping up. We don’t have to worry about him bolting out the door as soon as it’s opened. I’m not running around the house trying to get my shoe back. I was nervous about his nose taking him far away from home but not anymore because he has a solid recall. We have a well behaved/trained dog and it’s all because of Brittany.

Brittany was our primary trainer and she is the absolute best! She is so knowledgeable, reliable, and personable, and all around a true joy to work with! She’s super flexible and works will all kinds of schedules and makes sure to have enough intentional time to work with you and your pup! We and our dog have both gained confidence and skill through her training and we cannot say thank you enough!! The other trainer Kim is also kind, we just didn’t work with her personally! We are so happy we found Jump K9 with Britney and Kim :) They took our reckless little puppy and trained him up to be a well trained and listening dog (on AND OFF leash!!). Britney and Kim went above and beyond working with our schedules and created a training plan that checked off all of our desires with our pup. We are so grateful and happy with our trainers, Britney and Kim. They did such an amazing job on our lil man Kingston he’s a border collie blue heeler at one years old. He is absolutely doing amazing on his lead skills and not pulling us anymore we are finally walking with him as a family with our new little baby girl it feels wonderful to have the confidence with walking him side-by-side with us . But we couldn’t done it without Kim and Britney and the  time in effort of teaching Kingston on his training . So here’s a little feedback how we felt about both her trainers . Brittany did such an amazing job Britney was the first person that met Kingston and right away. He got very attached to her and was so excited to see her every single day when it came to his training class the bond was so strong we are absolutely adore the Bond with him and his trainer  was a learning experience about with him but also with Kim for coming along and giving us the confidence that we needed with our head up high and believing us that we could walk him. But once again, we couldn’t ask for much better trainers, if we need any help in the future we are more than happy to go back to Kim and Britney. They did such an amazing job.

Brittany Clark had my stubborn Lab walking so much better in just 20 mins! she taught me how to redirect and give negative and positive feedback to him on walks to correct a behavior we have been trying to fix for YEARS!

I have used Jump K9 and can’t say enough great things about my experience. I had someone back out on me at the last minute. I contacted Jump K9 and they took amazing care of my little fur baby. If you are hesitant about Jump K9 don’t be! I can promise you won’t regret your decision if you choose them!
